Sums it up nicely, Frederick! Serious points and a good chuckle, too! I think a phrase a lot of the folks spewing BS cling to is "Baffle them with bullshit!" and they have certainly RUN with it! Their worst fear is those of us who won't be BAFFLED! Appreciate this piece!

Blessings, ~Wendy💜

I remember Clint Eastwood coming up with that line in one of the Dirty Harry movies. He delivered it so well. good poem, Fred.

That's a good one, right on Fred. When did the world become so complicated with misinformation everywhere? Oh, let me think. Could It have something to do with the orange baffoon in the White House? Really, 3 1/2 more years. These are definitely not going to be my golden years.

Actually, Kathleen, the misinformation has been going on for a long time, long before the current occupant of the Oval Office. The governing elite did everything they could to spin their side of things and keep silent about what they were really up to. Some historians point to the postwar years and McCarthy’s red scare hysteria. Personally, I think the mean-spirited arrogance and cruelty we see today began with the Nixon’s campaign and “dirty tricks” in 1968. Some of those people were still at it when DJT announced his run in 2015. We know what followed. Does Roger Stone ring a bell?
